Garnish (34%): mozzarella CHEESE (25%* ) (pasteurized cow's MILK, salt, microbial rennet, lactic acid ferments), truffle sauce (9%*) (mushrooms (Agaricus bispo rus), truffle juice (water, truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.)), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, bread crumbs (TR IGO flour, water, salt, brewer's yeast), truffle (0.15%*) (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), salt, natural flavor, aroma, parsley and garlic) *Percentage with respect to the total weight of the unit. 48 hours fermentation.
