Duración y Conservación: Smoked salmon does not require maturation, since the smoking process preserves it. Store refrigerated between 0ºC and 4ºC. Once opened, it is advisable to consume it within 2-3 days. If it is not going to be consumed immediately, it can be frozen in individual portions.
