Ingredientes: Base (55%): WHEAT flour, water, olive oil, salt, SOY flour, sugar and yeast. Garnish (45%): CHEESE mozzarella (21%*) (pasteurized cow's MILK, salt, quark-microbial, lactic acid ferments), crushed tomato (9%*) (fine pulp,tomato juice, acidity corrector (citric acid)), sliced mushroom (8%*) (Agaricus bisporus, acidulant (citric acid, E-330) and antioxidant (ascorbic acid, E-300)) and cooked ham (7%*) (pork ham, water, salt and flavorings, stabilizers (E-451, E-420, E-407), antioxidants (E-316, E-331), preservative (E-250)).*Percentage with respect to the total weight of the unit. 48 hours fermentation.
Duración y Conservación: Keep refrigerated between 0ºC and 4ºC. If it is not going to be consumed in the next few days, it can be frozen in individual portions.
