Duración y Conservación: Store in a cool, dry place. We are a small winery located in the high Garate, in Llodio. It was born in 2007 as a result of the deep-rooted tradition of the Garate baserri for the elaboration of txakoli. We cultivate four grape varieties: Hondarrabi Zuri, Petit Courbu, Riesling and Hondarribi Beltza, from which we elaborate two txakolis: white txakoli Garate. We also produce txakoli fermented in French barrels, txakoli vermouth and Riesling monovarietal.
