Description

ORIGIN:

Organic cavas made from macabeo, xarel-lo and parellada grapes, from the flatter vineyards surrounding the farmhouse; gravelly, clayey and fresh soils that give us wines with a special acidity to obtain good cavas.

Variety: Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada.
Terrero: Own vineyards of ecological agriculture located in Subirats.
Aging: Minimum aging in the cellar from 16 to 18 months.
DO Cava
Alcoholic strength: 11.5º.

TASTING NOTE:

Pale yellow color. The release of bubbles in the glass is smooth and constant over time. The nose is powerful, we can find notes of pastry. Perfect conjunction between ripeness and freshness. The palate is dry, creamy and smooth, with tones of ripe fruit, with a long finish.
