ORIGIN:

Magnum of Cava Brut Nature Reserva, made with selected grapes from the estate, from organic and biodynamic production and from the varieties Macabeo, Xarel-lo, Parellada and Chardonnay, which provide subtle and elegant aromas. The Magnum bottle allows us to preserve more optimally all the expressivities of the Cava.

Variety: Macabeo, Xarel-lo, Parellada and Chardonnay.

Terrero: Own vineyards of ecological agriculture located in Subirats.
Aging: Aging in the cellar from 24 to 30 months.

TASTING NOTE:

Pale yellow color, fine and persistent bubbles, with a very well defined crown. The nose is a very noble cava with very pronounced aromas of aging, such as freshly baked bread and pastries. On the palate there is a very well integrated carbonic without a great explosion of bubbles, but in turn persistent, honeyed tastes come out again with rigorous nobility that give a volume in the mouth and a very grateful end of palate
