Cava from organic and biodynamic production. It is a long aging Cava made with the selection of the best grapes, its exclusivity allows it to stand out in expressiveness and elegance.

Variety: Chardonnay, Macabeo and Xarel-lo.
Land: own vineyards of ecological agriculture located in Subirats.
Aging: Aging in the cellar from 40 to 48 months.
DO Cava.
Alcohol content: 12º

TASTING NOTE:

Small and persistent bubbles, with a pale gold color. Notes of aging with aromas of red plums and jam, citrus hints that convey a sense of freshness. The palate is balanced, creamy with a persistent mouthfeel and a dry and elegant finish.
